About Me

I started focusing on self-care in March 2020 after my friends, who had noticed my lack of attention to my own well-being, encouraged me to prioritize taking care of myself. At first, it felt like an unfamiliar concept, as I had always been one to prioritize others before myself. However, as I started to explore different self-care practices, I realized the tremendous impact it had on my overall happiness and well-being. From practicing mindfulness and meditation to indulging in hobbies that brought me joy, I began to create a routine that incorporated self-care into my daily life. It was through this journey that I realized the importance of setting boundaries and giving myself the permission to take time for self-reflection and self-nurturing. Over time, I noticed a positive shift in my mindset and my ability to manage stress and navigate challenges with more resilience. Now, I can confidently say that embracing self-care has become an integral part of my life, allowing me to show up as my best self for both myself and others.

After three enlightening years of meticulously engaging in my own personal therapy sessions, I became immersed in a vast array of health literature. This extensive collection encompassed a wide spectrum of topics, ranging from spiritual insights to practical methods for enhancing physical well-being. As I delved deeper into these enriching texts, an intricate tapestry of wisdom began to unfold before me, gradually unveiling the profound mysteries of the human psyche. Consequently, I gradually developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricate interplay between the physical and mental dimensions of our being.

As I continue to enrich my education in Holistic health, I’ve taken the opportunity to delve deeper in my own research and explore various avenues to spread awareness and inspire others. With a passion for writing and a desire to give voice to those who remain silent, I have embarked on a journey of publishing my writings and podcasting. These platforms have become my creative outlets, allowing me to share my knowledge and experiences, while also encouraging others to strive towards becoming the best versions of themselves. Through my writing, I aim to unravel the complexities of holistic health, offering insights and practical tips to guide individuals on their personal wellness journeys. Simultaneously, my podcasts serve as a space where listeners can tune in, engage in meaningful conversations, and gain valuable knowledge on holistic well-being. It brings me immense satisfaction knowing that my words and voice have the potential to inspire positive transformation in the lives of others. As I embrace this role as a writer and podcaster, I am constantly learning and evolving, seeking new ways to connect with my audience and make a difference in the realm of holistic health. By continuously expanding my knowledge and staying committed to my mission, I hope to ignite a spark of curiosity and empower individuals to take charge of their own well-being, ultimately leading to a harmonious and fulfilling life.

Misson Statement

Within the past century, society’s perception has adapted over time, primarily due to several traumatic events that have taken place and significantly altered our ability to embrace and celebrate our individuality. Factors such as the government and big pharmaceutical companies becoming the norm in Western lifestyles have contributed to a critical lack of access to whole, nutrient-dense foods; as a result, our own ecosystem—our body—faces the highest risk of developing chronic diseases. Additionally, this situation is linked to the rising incidence of autoimmune diseases, which I believe can be viewed as the aftermath of unhealed trauma, especially when examining what occurs when our body physiologically experiences trauma from both neurological, gastroenterological and cellular perspectives. I make it my mission to continue my research in this area to help break the cycle of generational trauma, with a keen focus on the principles of epigenetics.
